RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at YouAfterForty.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below, organized by product type.

Digital Products (Ebooks & Downloadable Content)

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any digital products, including ebooks, guides, and other downloadable resources.

Once your purchase is confirmed and the download link has been delivered, the transaction is considered complete. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to a refund.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your product, please contact us at hello@youafterforty.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Apparel & Accessories (T-Shirts, Hats, Tote Bags, etc.)

Because our apparel and accessories are custom-made and printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

However, we want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives with any of the following issues, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund:

• The item arrived damaged or defective

• The print quality is significantly flawed (misprinted, faded, or incorrect design)

• You received the wrong item or size

To request a replacement or refund: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@youafterforty.com. Include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a return or refund.

Journals, Stationery & Novelty Items

All journals, stationery, and novelty item sales are final. Due to the personalized and custom nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described on the website.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@youafterforty.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Jewelry & Accessories (Bracelets, Necklaces, etc.)

All jewelry sales are final. Due to hygiene and the custom nature of our jewelry items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what was ordered.

If your jewelry item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@youafterforty.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter through a replacement or refund.

General Terms

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you received a defective or incorrect item and a replacement is approved, we will ship the replacement at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have been approved for a refund and have not received it within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@youafterforty.com.

Order Cancellations: Because our physical products are custom-made and begin production shortly after the order is placed, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been submitted. Digital product orders cannot be canceled after the download link has been delivered.
